Since 1995 Luisella and Pierre, the owners, restore with passion, this seventieth century  farm house,between lake and montain.The  materials have been used according with the family ideology : the organic farming.thay are also ski instructors in Les Orres ski resort.

The guest house is located in Baratier, little village near Embrun and  the Serre-Ponçon  Lake : Gap and Briançon are nearby.

The location is absolutly  unic  : all the activities are very close in every season : by the lakeside,or the ski resorts : Les Orres in Hautes Alpes .

The guet house La fernende is very popular with cyclists, hikers, bikers, triathletes and other athletes for its location, but mostly by guests seeking rest for his part and tranquility.Family suites are special rooms for families.

Explore the natural beauty of both National Parks : 'Les Ecrins' and 'Le Queyras", situated nearby.
During winter, enjoy skiing at the Ski Resorts all around: Crévoux, Réallon, Vars, Risoul, Serre- Chevalier,  Montgenevre, Ubay valley.
